Cody McNichols serves as the Lead Pastor of Norwood Church. He and his wife, Madison, accepted the call to move to Norwood, Ohio, in March of 2021 and count it a privilege to be a part of such a great church.

They welcomed their first child, Ella into the world in the summer of 2022 and now call Cincinnati their home. Cody and Madison are committed to doing all they can to build up the church in Norwood and the surrounding area. 

Cody grew up in Mount Vernon, OH and had the privilege of sitting under his father’s preaching through his childhood. At the age of 6, Cody accepted Christ as his savior and has been following Him ever since. He accepted the call into full time ministry at the age of 15 and then graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in the spring of 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Pastoral Ministry. 

Madison has served in various roles throughout her career but has recently decided to stay home to raise Ella, which she believes is the greatest role she can fill.

The McNichols family dearly love the people they serve and are excited to see what God does through Norwood Church in the days to come.
